Complaint Review: Momentum Telecom

Momentum advertising states they have UNLIMITED local and long distance calls. This is a lie. If you go over 5000 minutes they charge you an additional $50.00. In these minutes they include everytime you go on the internet. Every minute you are on the internet they are adding your minutes. Anyone that spends much time on the internet is going to be hit. They also told me, that if you are on the phone more 2 hours or more they immediately charge you an additional $50.00. Henceforth, if you do alot on the internet, or just talk on the phone a good bit, then you are going to be hit.

Any one that has had this problem PLEASE call your Public Service Commissioner. They told me the more complaints they have the more actively they investigate them.
