Momsring.com Aura Star Group Inc. wouldn't ship until I cancelled my order now they won't refund my money Internet

I ordered  mothers ring that the websites states woulb be made to order in six days. After seven days I called to check the status of my order. The "customer service" told me they would "check into it". I called daily every business day after that and continued to get the same response. After a week I cancelled the order. Within hours of cancelling my order I received a call from "customer service" to tell me that my ring mysteriously appeared and that they would ship it that day if I called back to authorize the order. i never returned the call since I no longer wanted the order and mad other arrangements. The nest day the ring was delivered without my authorization. I call "customer service" again and told them that I did not authorize the order after I had cancelled and that they need to pick the ring up. I have confirmed delivery to return the ring on 2-10-10. Today is 3-9-10 and after calling to ask them credit me for the item they have not credited my account. The bottom line is.. There "customer service" is horrible. If they could have given me a real status of my order that would have helped. I cancelled because I didn't think my order would ever ship. Now their "customer service" won't credit me for the ring that I have confirmation they have had for a month.
