Momsring.com wrong ring, rude, liars, Internet

Ordered mothers day ring and it was guaranteed to be delivered before mothers day.  Week leading up to mothers day called and emailed because I had not received a shipping notice.  Each day I called cust. service was rude and said it would  be shipped out the next day.  This coninued all week.  Friday I called and said it would be shipped out this evening.  The ring was not shipped until the Wednesday after Mothers day.  Received the wrong ring!!!  Contacted cust. service via email and got no response.  I called them and requested supervisor to contact me several times and was never called.  I inquired about returning ring and cust. service stated that there is no time frame as to how long it would be until I got the correct ring.  I was afraid to return the ring because they already have my money and so I was promised a 20% discount.  It is now May 29th and I have no discount.  Have made several calls and still no action.  Each time I call the representative says he is "escalating this to top priority".
