Monarch Media Group misrepresented what service they provide, misleading advertising Port Huron Michigan

When the Monarch Media representative called our business, she said it was in connection with Yellow Pages. Our employee thought it was a renewal of the Yellow Pages ad and again asked the question. The Monarch rep said it was.

We received the billing and realized that it was not in connection with the Yellow Pages. When we contacted the company, they said they record all phone calls. We asked for the transcripts, which they could not provide.

They attempted to settle the bill with us for half of the amount, but we refused to pay it. We were informed that Monarch had already used our information to put on the CD they send out and they needed to be reimbursed. The company provides no real service. The obtain business by fraudulent measures.
