We had a horrible installation and had to get a variance from our town...but that isn't the worst of it. The pool was installed at the end of the season then covered and the next season when we opened it, the pool liner had all these little wrinkles. Monarch said this happened because the water was left too low in the pool when it was closed. It didn't make sense but the wrinkles got progressively worse. We had to get the liner patched because the wrinkles tear easier. Four years later the wrinkles are HUGE and the pool liner is coming down in three places.

I spoke to Tom White (The President of the company) and he said it was due to "Water Tables under the Pool Liner" and offerred to fix it for a discounted fee of $900! The other pool companies say it was a poor installation with the liner not sized and set correctly. I sent Mr. White emails from other pool companies saying that and he has yet to respond. We are pursuing our options! Do NOT buy from this company. They are awful.
