After providing $1,000 deposit for a replacement pool liner company failed to contact me to set up installation. A 3-4 week time has turned into 6 weeks. The installer was supposed to call and never has. Upon the installtion date Monarch could not provide a time for the installer to show and continued to ask that payment be given to installer before work is started. Larry @ Monarch said he would not send installer unless I told him the installer would get a check before he starts.

Larry was indifferent to providing a time for the installer to show-up.

I had the same problem with them last year and it took 3.5 months for them to complete the liner. Then it was done incorrectly and I still do not have closure.
I stopped payment on the final check when I realized there was a hole in the wall of my pool and they will not fix it until I pay them the remaining balance of $1,800. I want them to fix it first as I don't believe they will actually fix it once they get the money.
We are going to court on 1/13/05. I am trying to find others in the same situation to prove that Monarch does business like this all the time
