Monarchs Online Casino Don't pay off when you win Internet
On Feb 18,2014 I receive a cd in the mail from Monarchs online casino, It had a 250 dollar bonus to try. While playing the bonus I hit a jackpot, for 6000.00, the machine lock and it would not pay off, I too my cell phone and took a picture of the slot machine showing the winning. And at the same time I contacted there tech support, and I told them I hit the jackpot for 6000,00 and ask why the machine didn't pay it. I was told that I need to bet 17,250,00 and then I could cash out 150.00 . I told them they was crazy, why would someone play 17,000.00 just to be able to cash out only a 150.00. this casino is a rip-off, I sent them the picture and was given a investigation number, and someone would get back to me. In which I know they wont. Its just a big scam. There phone number don't work, you can only talk on chat.
