Monat Global TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- CANNOT REACH ANYONE Doral Florida Nationwide

A friend of mine talked me into this product - telling me about how wonderful the product was and the support/ company was amazing.  After purchasing a starter kit - before it even arrived - I started talking to co-workers, relatives and other friends telling me to send it back.  Quite a few had already tried the product.  Several said it made their hair fall out, others stated that trying to get a refund would take an act of God.  As soon as I got the kit I I called their number and was on hold for an hour before I had to hang up and take care of my kids.  I then sent an email request asking which address to send it back to because I had found two.  The email sent me a generic response stating someone would get back to me.  That was almost a month ago.  In the meantime, I have tried on numerous occassions to call this business just to talk to someone.  each time the hold time was at least an hour and still have not had a chance to speak to anyone. 

I sent their package (unopened) back to the office in Doral FL.  I also sent certified letters to both addresses I have for them in FLorida.  I have filed a complaint with the BBB in FL as well. 

Do not sign up for this product.  I would never sell a product where you cannot reach someone in customer service.  This has been an awful experience.
