Moneris Solutions DECPTIVE, HARSH, and incomprehensible cancellation policy -- think twice before using this company Internet
My company used Moneris for a couple years as our processor. They were OK but fees kept appearing on my bill. I finally had enough of it and decided to cancel. I am a couple months short of the end of my contract and assumed that I would have an early termination fee,
The fee was more than $2,000!!! They just pulled it right out of my account. On the statement they sent me, they said that it was simply an "adjustment." There is not detail as to how they arrived at that number. Just one word.
I read the terms and conditions of my contract and I cannot figure out how they arrived a that number.
