I was looking for a payday loan and I filled all the information and after I was done I didn't get the loan but these people took $89.00 out of my checking account without me knowing about it.  I have contacted them several times about this and told them I want my money back. They told me to send them a copy of my bank statement showing where they took out the money and I did that over a month ago and they said I would get my money back after that.  Well, I'm still waiting for my money.  They called me and left a message that if I want my money back I would have to send the papers that I already sent them.  I e-mailed them and told them that I sent those papers a month ago and I should not have to send them again.  I told them I want my $89.00 immediately but I never heard back from them and I still do not have my money.  I wish there was something else I could do.

There are several things you can do in this situation, Call them and either get no one or get a rude person, or get someone that tells you what you want to hear to get you off the phone, none of which will solve this matter. However, I have a solution because its what i did.

I was ripped-off by this money plus saver recently and what i did was immediatly went to my bank and since Money plus saver uses and creates an Echeck with all your personal and banking info on it, you NEED to tell your bank that you need to file an " Unauthorized check dispute" or transaction, whichever your banking institute calls it and since its technically a check you never authorized they will do a stop payment and if you catch it generally within 48 hours of the transaction the money hasnt been put into their bank yet so you will get it back immediatly. If it was over the 48 hour period it will take longer to get back into your bank because they have to request the federal reserve to request the bank in question to return funds and if they dont then your money if federally insured and will be put back but it could take a few weeks. Never send them anything else and avoid all calls from them. I would get your bank account number changed because they have access to it but once you file that report with your bank anyone with their company name trying to take money will be stopped.

The individuals in question here are actually from India or some area close to that, They use Fake call centers using prepaid cell phones and the current address for this company (money plus saver) is actually a p.o. box office in downtown los angeles. So they cant personally be prosecuted because our laws dont apply to people outside our country however the individuals that pick the mail up from that location can be arrested and held for questioning. however i dont think anything will come of it cause then they would just change tactics and write that person that got caught off. and someone new would be doing it somewhere else.

Contact your bank and file an unauthorized withdraw from your account. Your bank should be able to deposit the funds back in your account and reverse charges.

It happened to me yesterday, and called my bank. They took care of it. If  we're looking for a payday loan that means we have no money and need money. Why in the world would we pay $89 to get it.

The real funny part about it is that I do not write checks nor do I have any checks to write. I bet you have been receiving multiple calls from people very hard to understand, and others stating that it shows you have 2 or more payday loans and they can help you out of them....., and your e-mail inbox has blown up.

I wish you good luck in getting your money back and your bank should be able to help you. I also now have a Check & ACH withdraw (wired money transfers) blocked. If you do not write checks this may be a very good thing for you also to do.

Another thing that I found out from my bank, they told me to never run my card as a debit card, always run as credit. It is much safer they said.

Look into clickxchange owner Bill Wilson for answers

Money Plus Saver reported owner Bill Wilson out of LA also has ties to numerous companies including clickxchange, a database and lead generation company in LA and a payday loan organization called alohacashadvance.com. That's why when you call to get your money back, they try to get your account info, ss#, phone#, address, etc. I've been recording phone calls all day and I have all the evidence I need. I want to encourage anyone reading this to please, do your own research first. This comment is only to help some of you get started on retrieving your money.

I spoke with this agency after a similar situation and was told i would receive an email confirmation of a refund. That was a month ago. Since then, I have called this company numerous times and have yet to speak with a live person. I've been put on hold until I ran out of time 4 times. It appears they have emailed you at some point? Is it possible to share their contact email address so that we that have been effected can have an alternate communication with this agency? Their contact for complaints email address does not appear to be on their website.
