Complaint Review: Money Resource Network

I thought I had taken care of the continuous billing that was being taken from my checking account on a monthly basis. I was told upon emailing the Money Resource Network that the automatice billing would stop. Now almost a year later, I notice another entry in my account.

I immediately called and a yound lady said that yes, they said via email that in order for the billing to stop, I had to call a number. I do not recall that at all. As busy as my life is and has been, I must not have noticed - perhaps thinking these were purchases I made online.

It is bad enough that they do not deal honestly, but try even harder to scam their clients - STEALING money from us monthly. If anyone starts a civil action suit to get this money back, contact me - I'm in!
