Money Tree Mortgage Closing date was set and was told West Offices closed and my file sent to East Office - can't get anyone to answer my calls - no home buy + no $300! Woodstock Georgia
Filed with Money Tree Mortgage West Office, processed all documents. Set closing date for Dec 12th. Real Estate Agent and I could not reach West Office. East Office was contacted and we were told West Office was closed and my files were being shipped to East Office. Was told as soon as my file was assigned, a call would be received to proceed with my home buy. Even received an email from Christie Gooch, but not able to reach anyone to get status or to process loan for any home buy. I had to forfeit the purchase of the home. Now I am out of home buy and $300!
