Money Tree Mortgage I to was ripped off by money tree mortgage $300.00 applation fee Olathe Kansas
I was contacted by Money Tree Mortgage by a guy named Michael Murray. The loan was supposed to close on 8-29-03 here it is 12-2-03 and still have not closed.
I've have been through 5 different people at the company. I have tried to contact them now for almost 3 weeks and can get no answer. I have left several messages and no one returns them.
I have spent almost $1000.00 in different things they've needed.
I have things filed with my state attorney general, but I'v heard nothing back from them yet. I'm hoping they'll be able to help me.
I'm very upset with the results of this, and I don't know what to do next.

I have filed my complaints with the attorney generl of my state and they are working on it and will let me know something within 40 days.
I was also told to file a compaint with the federal trades commission at consumer.gov. They are supposed to already have some kind of claim filed againt money tree mortgage.
I was also told to contact the attorney general of Kansas his name is Phil Cline and the consumer protection number is 1-800-432-2310.
