Our nightmare began 8 months ago. Recently married and was looking forward to buying our first home. Moneytree called us and said we were pre-approved and gave them $300 application fee over the phone. They also gave us a settlement date and that was in july. Here we are December and now they tell us they can't find our file since they moved all files to their Georgia office. My husband and I call over and over and over and no phone calls back. They have cause extreme emotional stress on our family. We urge everyone to join in a lawsuit and tell everyone they can about this dishonest company (Moneytree Mortgage) in Woodstock, Ga.

How Moneytree Mortgage twist things u say!

Friday, December 19th, I decided to call Moneytree to see where things are going. I left a message for Stephanie Mitchell to let her know I was extremely upset by this point! Stephanie did call back and said to me, " Look imagine that, I called you back." That comment wasnt funny to me, especially when we have the sellers upset with us and leaving messages for a 4 yr old to me. We've lost time & money from our jobs and lost of many sleepless nights. Stepanie then told me how my husband told her that he wanted the appraisal sent to another company to do the mortgage, At this point I handled the phone to Mark and Stepanie got alittle fresh with him. Accusing him of lying to her and that when he called and asked for the copy of the appraisal and to end our proceeding with our loan. Mark did not say this to her or even a hint of stopping the loan. We actually at this point want to see how far this doesn't go and the year ends within the time limit on this so called process of a mortgage loan. We look forward to proceeding to the best of our abilities that this doesn't happen to others. Anyone interested in a class action lawsuit, please contact me @ Dawnm955@aol.com and see where we can go with this un-professional, lying and deceitful company!!

We gave up our lease on a house we were renting and had to move. Thinking we had the mortgage, Moneytree promised, Mark and our family almost had no where to live. Thankful for the gentleman whom we were to buy his house from, is kind enough to rent it to us for now. My daugther had no idea where she was to go to school either. This has been a stressful nightmare and are looking forward to joining a class lawsuit against this company. They should be ashame of themselves.
