Complaint Review: Money Tree Mortgage

Back In January of 2003. We were contacted by money tree mortgage about a loan. My in-laws gave them the money from a check over the phone to get it moving along faster. We got the letter saying we was approved for a loan of 85% of a 60,000,00 at that time we didn't have the money to get the realasite appraised . The first of this year we got it done and I've been trying to call money tree mortgage everyday til I found them on a rip-off report.

We sent them the money of 200.00 and they told us we had to get the appraisal done ourselfs so we did now we're not out the 200.00 that my in-laws payed but out 400.00 we had to pay the appraiser to do the work. Please help!!!!
