Money Tree Mortgage likes to rip people off. They take your money and you don't get the loan they promised you.
We were approved for $60,000. The interviewers name was Marcelis Sanderson. They bug you until you send them all the information that they want then you don't hear from them again.
They want you to send them your social secerity number; checking account information;previous two years w2 or 1099's & tax returns;most recent pay check stubs for the last 30 days; names, address & phone #'s for all employers for the last 2 years; last 3 months bank statements with written explanation of any large deposits.
They want you to make copies of everything on legalsize paper and send it back to them overnight or priority mail within 3 days. That costs $20.00.
They want you to do a check by phone for $300.00 for the application fee before they sent you anything to fill out.We were a little leary at first but $300.00 for $60,000 we did it.
