Complaint Review: MoneyBack (Mexico)

I am writing this so that more people are aware of this Rip off being advertised throughout the Caribbean. The Mexican government is offering a cash back refund on large dollar purchases made in Mexico. You are supposed to receive your refund in 45 days...so far for me it has been 90 days and counting. They have actually set up shop in all the major stores in all the major vacation areas. They have you fill out the form right in the store, it all looks so official.....Then nothing. I've e-mailed them at least twice with no reply. I haven't called only because I do not speak Spanish and I'm sure I will get someone on the other end that does not speak English. I've seen some posts on here stating that people have received their refunds 6 months later...But we'll see......So beware, don't let this "extra" incentive convince you to buy...John
