I ordered a DVD set for Christmas from the wostore and paid through moneybookers on Dec 5.  The web site says it only takes a couple of days to get the DVDs. I recieved this e-mail from Moneybookers the next day and my credit card has been charged.

This notification email is just a friendly reminder (not a second charge) that on 06 Dec 09 you made a payment to WOSTORE.com (stoian.adrian@yahoo.com) via Moneybookers Gateway. This payment for USD 80.89 made with your credit/debit card AMEX, will appear on your statement shortly. This charge will appear on your card statement as a debit by: MB*Moneybookers.com This is just a reminder to help you recognise the charge. We believe our customers will find this notice useful in confirming otherwise unknown credit/debit card charges. Sincerely, The Moneybookers Team

Since I never recieved the DVDs.  The wostore says that I have no account and never ordered anything. I cannot get anyone to call me back from either the wostore or moneybookers.
