MoneyPak Refuse refund of $296 less than 24 hours after providing receipt and proof of purchase Oakland Nationwide

I purchase and paid cash $296 plus $4.95 moneypak service fee at cvs/pharmacy on 7/20/2014.

I told the store I suspected Freud the next day and when to the store to stop that transaction since I did not go to the website or call moneypak.  I provided the money pak ID to whom I thought was Net credit this was ACS but they are ACS INC and found them on ripoffreport after the transaction.  They are using identity theft.  CVS said I must call the 800 number for refund.  I called and they had a message to use there website for refund.  I did it the next day and provided my proof of purchase and receipt.  They sent me an email today refusing refund when they provided the means for this deception.

They transferred the money.
