I have worked for moneytree mortgage for 6 months. I recently resigned because I couldn't sleep realizing how I was profitting off of inocent people. I was the sales manager over the floor at moneytree mortgage. I was the guy that trained all these salesman on the art of persuading innocent people to be interested in buying a home no matter how screwed up their credit was. I was trained in the beginning and I taught other people how to lie, steal, and deceive clients into starting a loan with this company even though 85% fo the people never had a chance to begin with.

Randy Webster(owner) wants you to pay a $300 application fee to get your loan process started. The loan Originator(salesman thats stealling your money) cut of that is $50. I use to close more than 10 loans a day! As you can see this was big money. Very easy and very simple. We got so many complaints from companies like rip-off report and the better business bureau that we had to close down one operation in Kansas. As we speak the office in woodstock georgia is struggling for business. The only way that Randy Webster is trying to stay afloat is by changing the name of the company. I have a friend who use to underwrite loans for him named stephanie, and she just found a legit job where she doesn't have to answer complaints and lie to these clients. It sucks when you have to tell a client that their credit score dropped and now they can't get the loan when in the very beginning they couldn't get it anyway. His payroll has prospered off your application fees for years and now his company is going bankrupt!

His brother Todd Webster who was incharge of the Kansas office that got closed down by the DA's office is now working with him in the georgia office. They plan on opening the company under another name so that they can continue to prosper.

Months ago they use to take the application fee by credit, debit, check or western union. Now because all the merchants have cut them off due to complaints, western union and wire transfers are their only option. Poor moneytree. I guess stealling money just doesn't pay-off!!!
