The beguiling and deceitful Michael Nardelli. A
professional conman. Don't be taken in by his easy and
gentle manner. He will undoubtedly rip you off! Just
be ready to join the long list of creditors trying to
retrieve their money.

I started working for Moneyworx Corp as a systems technician on the recommendation of a mutual acquaintance. I was to be paid an agreed sum of money on a (fortnightly) or by-weekly basis. Specifically on the 1st and 15th of every Month.

I was also promised health benefits that were to start within a few weeks of employment. This had all been originally agreed upon at my interview with Michael Nardelli before I started working for he and his brother Larry Nardelli and their company Moneyworx as an employee. Right from the very beginning I saw red flags. As Michaels desk was littered with demands for payment and threats of legal action from a number of creditors that he and Moneyworx owed money. Some of them from as far away as England. His mail box seemed to be stuffed with NSF's (Non Sufficient Funds Notices) from his bank. I overheard call's in which Michael was making promises to pay people back. All this started to worry me.

It also seemed that they were in the habit of making payroll with checks that were not backed by funds in their bank account. Michael would issue me a check and then ask me to wait a few day's before submitting it. Saying that his company was in a transition and he was not sure if the funds were available.

Sometimes I would have to wait a week or more before being able to cash my pay check. Then they started to issue me pay checks that were short. Fist $50.00 then $250.00 then entire pay checks would be skipped. Their excuse being that they simply did not have the funds to cover the checks. I had to go and plead with them to pay me as my own bills were mounting up due to their tardy and short payments. They would give me a token payment "to help me out!" they would say.

They got quite arrogant about this after a while. This was certainly nonsense and quite demeaning. This is not what I was offered when I was initially interviewed by Michael.

Soon they owed me a rather considerable sum of money in back pay and short payments. And the meter was still running, metaphorically speaking. I decided to call around and make some inquiries into their past employer/employee relationships. This is when it really hit home. I spoke to a number of people that went on at great length giving me details on how the they had been given the run around by Michael and Larry Nardelli in the past.

The short payments and late payments and eventually non payments evidently was an often used pattern that a number of past employees had witnessed. This was the Nardelli MO. I had witnessed another employee quit due to the abusive treatment she received from Moneyworx management. The same thing tardy and short payments.
In the end I quit. I had too.

Looking back, I should of guessed earlier when Michael quite candidly one lunch time told me that he had spent a long time in prison for stealing and selling employees shares in a business he had owned several years back. He justified his embezzlement by explaining that the employees had been stealing from him.

Evidently the court thought differently! I can only say that Michael and Larry Nardelli are a couple of 2 bit crooks. Trying to cook up scheme after scheme to acquire money. My advice is to stay away from them, very far away. If they ask you to work for them, then ask for payment up front. Don't believe their story's of grandeur. It's simply a confidence trick. And if you are stupid enough to go into business with them or are considering a Moneyworx franchise then think again. Have your attorney go through all the paper work. And be prepared to stand in line behind the many others when the rip you off.

Here are some of their earlier enterprises. Note how many different types of business and how many fictitious (and Corporation) names they have gone through.
SPACE COWBOYS, INSIGHT RESOURCE MANAGEMENT GROUP, LLC, SYNERGY HOLDINGS GROUP, INC., AERC SERVICES, INC., ARMENIA LANDSCAPE CONTRACTORS, INC., FTL SERVICES, INC.,

I would just like to here that I will peruse this debt until all monies owed to me are brought up to date. Larry Nardelli has a wanna be Soprano thing going on. The Nardelli's are originally of Italian heritage and for this reason I have taken a number of safety precautions.
I have made my local police department aware of the possibility of physical assualt on my own person by these crooks or persons associated with them. I have also a number of my own colleagues helping me. And you better believe we are building quite a dossier on these crooks. I am placing this notice initially on a number of publicly available web sites, that server as public notice boards for bad business practices.
