This company hired my company APB event staffing for their annual funk fest in Atlanta Georgia on may 19-21. M320 requested 10 drivers to be paid $200 per day and 4 ambassadors for 18/hour (6hrs per day) and the invoice was totaled in The amount of $8765. The client did not look at the invoice until the last day of the excavation and then dodged all calls and communication via text email and social media About when payment was to be obtained the invoice is currently over 21days past due and the client informed me about certain hours that the drivers did not work two weeks after the event had commenced. she informed me that she was not going to pay the drivers there $200 a day rate because they worked for only six hours but did not communicate any of that important information prior to the event nor did she informed me when the invoice was sent on May 12 about the rate change . The work has already been completed for almost 16 days until she said something . The calls and emails and text continue to be ignored until I escalated the issue to her client and then her client Leo Bennett with variety entertainment reached out to me saying that he would square things away with me on June 12 and here it is on June 15 he has yet to respond to any texts or emails besides were just telling me that he would call me back intern for him not to call back and not to communicate. I have done all the communication I could possibly do I'm actually ready to take this to court because the client and M320 both made an incorrect invoice and shortening the quantity of people that were present which change the invoice to be $619 short and if he still yet to be paid. I advise anyone that is in talks of working with this company or sign any contract with this company to stay away and beware of their unprofessionalism and their failure to communicate and their last minu I advise anyone that is in talks of working with this company or sign any contract with this company to stay away and beware of their unprofessionalism and their failure to communicate. My workers have been waiting almost 30 days for payment the event commenced almost a month ago and nothing has been stated as to when I will obtain payment so I can pay my workers .

I have hired M320, partnered with M320 and worked with Monica Coleman for over 10 years. Throughout my tenure working with her and her company, she has ALWAYS displayed integrity and excellence. I have hired her company in leadership roles with many of my clients and projects and she has represented my company with integrity and excellence. She has always over delivered and was responsbile for the budgets, negotatiating contracts and facililtating payments. And at all times, she implemented with the highest level of integrity and excellence. It's always been a pleasure working with her and I trust her with my clients and to deliver excellent results.

Invoice still not paid in full

No matter what it’s been over 158 days the work has been completed and my company APB Event staffing picked up ALL the slack from this non repbutal company that was extremely unorganized in every way. For them to come to my complaint with rebuttals from friends and family member shows that this company is a true scam because they are obviously being paid to say that the company M320 has done no wrong doing when the invoice still stands at $6570.73. They haven’t paid a dime on the invoice instead using their client to Leo Bennett to pick up their slack whom has paid $2100 of THEIR bill. I will see it first hand that this company won’t ever be seen in a professional light and Ford Automotive Group needs to see that they clearly cannot handle their own business practices and for fill their promises. This is a scam at its finest. It’s not slander if it’s TRUE.

This is a very reputable company

#5UPDATE Employee ..inside information

I have had the honor and privilege of being contracted by M320 consulting as well as working as partners with this company, and I can attest that this is by far one of the reputable companies I have ever dealt with. I work with them quite often in various capacities and I had never had an issue that I presented that was not resolved. I have even worked on the funkfest tour, to which this event is not an M320 Consulting event, they only represent the client. I was contracted to do the tour, with the full understanding amongst the entire organization that M320 is just the event planner, not the actual client, and all invoices would be paid by the client. This entire report is not at all truthful and is slanderous at best, many of us have known that the person that wrote this report is and has been on several occasions very unprofessional. They have harassed Ms.Coleman for quite sometime because the client has not paid them. This correspondence would have been more productive going to the company that they are seeking damages from, rather than cyber bullying a third party. If anything I can vouch for is my continued success of working with this company, and the relationship that I have developed with them as well as being able to network with other reputable companies.

This partnership has definitely been mutually beneficial, and it’s so unfortunate that someone would stoop to this level and launch a personal attack on a person that has only tried to help them obtain the funds as well as turn them on to an opportunity of this magnitude to which, to be quite honest they really did not have the capacity nor professionalism to handle. Many other people on staff had to pick up the slack, yet no one has decided to slander them, they just decided that a professional relationship would no longer be productive and regretfully will not employ them again. That is the reason for this entire debacle, instead of taking full responsibility for the lack of professionalism, she is looking for someone to blame and decided that Ms. Coleman was a great target, primarily because she has a pleasant demeanor and works overtime to ensure everyone’s concerns are addressed. I will definitely put my reputation on the line to say that Ms. Coleman is not a scammer, and this entire report is falsified, with the exception of the partial emails you all can see. I pray this person finds peace of mind and take up a fight with the correct party that they need to seek damages from.

M320 Review

I am Fred Grant of Premier Entertainment Atlanta.  I am writing a rebuttal after reading this review.  Our company has worked with M320 Consulting on multiple events of all scope and sizes since 2013.

I am sure I do not stand alone when I state my experiences and business engagements with M320 Consulting and Monica Coleman have been nothing but positive.  We actually worked with Funk Fest Atlanta event mentioned in this complaint with no issues.

In closing, I find it irresponsible and concerning this website allows posts/reviews to be filed withour any validation, verification or investigative process.  The source of the information placed on this website can be totally false and damage great reputations such as M320 Consulting.

Thank you for reading.  I can be reached directly for concerns or references at fred@peatlanta.com
