Look at numerous reports about them here. They keep changing business names, phone numbers, addresses to prey on new customers. There have been so many victims, not counting the ones didn't report here. There are a lot of complaints with BBB as well. They even hire people to hide complaints online so that potential customers can't find out about their scams. Yes, they are long time criminal and scamming is their means to make a living.
