I believed that layers where supposed to keep their clients information Privet until I met Monica Santiago, I went to tell her my issues and Ask advice on how to resolve my problems, after explaining my privet
Financial problems and expecting some privacy and discretion,
For my surprise she went to see her secretary and I heard her voice talking in the hall way
To my surprise she was telling my problems to her secretary Adriana and someone Else from another company in the building I could not believe my ears as I listened to my Problems being publicized to everybody, if she does this at work Id hate to see what she sees at home or with her friends, this woman is a contradiction to layers privacy and should lose her bar for Florida she is a disgrace to layers, off curse I did not return to this insult to layers
I went to another layer that told me to denounce her to the Florida bar but I don't have fiscal evidence or money to back me up but as soon as I do she will be the first to now you don't Talk and have fun at other people's problems
If you don't want your problems public don't go to Monica Santiago in Orlando fl

We are pleased to inform our good experience with Ms Santiago:
Failed to communicate, lack of experience, inexperienced staff, no phone calls returned, she is LOUD! There is no pivacy at all in her 70 South Semoran Boulevard, Orlando, Florida 407-964-1179 office, she farted in our face! Lack of professionalism in her office setting, it doesn't looks like an attorney office. She ignores her costumers and do as she please.
Monica A. Santiago filed incorrectly, misinformed and lied to us repeatedly during our case, abandoned a mortgage modification after she got paid, she and her staff ignored us repeatedly after requesting info about our case, she forced us to fire her and complaint to the bar, noticed different employees almost every time we visit her during 1 1/2 years aprox.
We heard arguments with others costumers while waiting for her in 2 different visits.
The Supreme Court and the Florida Bar suspended her license indefinitely in 2012 and again in July 2014 for only 10 days? She should be banned for life!

It is clear to me that this report is a hoax. The office address is not accurate. Furthermore, if this person came to my offices for a consultation, how did they know that one of the persons with whom I supposedly shared information about them was someone from another company in the building? In addition, please note that, contrary to what is written in the report, no money is required to file a claim with the Florida Bar. Finally, if the author of this "report" is so concerned about what happened to them, and want to make sure that other do not go thorigh the same experience, why not offer their name, and particulars of the alleged incident?
If you have any proof of this alleged incident, know that there is no cost involved in filing a claim with the Florida Bar. I do not share information discussed in consultations with any third party, much less make fun of it.
