Ordered three laptops and never received it seller requested money through western union for total amount of $460.99 and she cashed it. She will only refund my money if I introduce someone to her.

Seller responds to my texts every day. She said she's happy she found a dummy and she will get more idiots like me. Seller has registered more websites and she's using the same moves she used on me. Still no refund and my bank won't cover it
