Super sketchy! They showed up 1 1/2 hours late, which was after they called to rescheduled for 2 hours past the original scheduled time. I called and they were super rude...and hung up on me! They wanted payment upfront because they said that they constantly have people not wanting to pay after they do their service because of not being happy with the job they do...
maybe if they did a good job, that wouldn't be an issue. When they finally showed up, we fired them before they got started. People who showed up to clean rolled out of a white unmarked creeper-van and looked like meth-addicts.
My recommendation - DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!
