Complaint Review: Monika Gorelik of Florida Gold Realty

Monika Gorelik is a crooked realtor working in the Tampa Bay area. She is Dishonest, Deceptive, Unethical, Manipulative, and leaves you with Broken Promises, Lies, and Financial Disaster. Do NOT be DECEIVED by her apparent pleasant tactics, this is her way of fishing for her next victim. She appears to be nice and harmless, like Ted Bundy and Bernie Madoff, and that is why she is able to take advantage of so many unsuspecting people.

Her only goal is to take your money, and she is very good at detecting what YOU need to hear in order to get your money. She is a very good and convincing liar, and will even appear to be your friend. She is cunning; don’t be conned, all she sees is the dollar sign above your head and she will do everything to get your money. She will reassure you, even promise you certain things, all in her attempt to profit from you. She has NO CONCERN for you or your family at all, NO MORALS, NO ETHICS.

You are just one more meal ticket for her. She uses and abuses her clients. When she can, she will even flip properties from one sucker (client) to another, making multiple commissions on the same property, over and over again. She is very good at convincing you to buy these select properties that she controls. Like many realtors, she has her select properties that she will show you. Ones where she will profit more. She does not care what you want in a home, she’s only interested in closing a deal and getting your money.

There are some fine, ethical realtors out there, you just need to be careful. Unfortunately, Monika Gorelik of Gold Realty is not one of them. Like Bernie Madoff, she appears to be a nice, pleasant person, but her interest in you (your money) is not the same as your interest in real estate. STAY AWAY from Gold Realty and Monika Gorelik. Pick someone else, there are many out there. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
