My house got ripped off. I shopped around and found a decent deal for a house alarm.I signed a three year contract for monitoring service from MRI. What the money grubbing shysters didn't tell me was that after 2 years and 11 months I must cancel or I would automaticly sign myself up for another 1 year contract. All this for $30.00 dollars per month or $360.00 per year.

All they have done is call the police needlessly a few times when my dog set off the alarm. 3 years X $360.00 = $1080.After that you would think they would pull out and apply some grease or at least a reacharound!!??

There are other companies that offer monitoring services for $10.00 dolars per month but I guess I will have to wait until March of 2004. I hate those pestilent pus-bags.
