Monitronics Alarm Service Refuse to cancel my service and continues to bill me! I DO NOT recommend this company! Dallas Texas

I have tried numerous times to cancel my service bc of a financial burden. Every time I call to cancel bc I'm falling behind on a payment they guve me the run around on canceling my service and even say they are goin to credit my account but continue to bill me. I did not ask for the credit only to cancel service so my bill will not continue to go up! They continue to call my phone while I am at work starting at 9am and two to three more times before I'm off work and continue to call on the evening! I just want the service canceled! My contract has been long out of date and I no longer neec their services! Obviously they have to scam ppl to continue their company! I am very frustrated at the continous collection phones and have even had to tell them I was turning them over to the Better Business bureau. Maybe someone else will be warmed from this company by my complaint, at least I'm hoping so! Do Not I Repeat Do Not get sucked into this scam!
