Complaint Review: Monitronics

I am 9 months into my contract I signed a contract with Alberta Home Alarms Inc.It is not written anywhere on my contract the name Montronics  I saw this name for the first time when the signage went up outside my door upon installation.  On Dec 9th of this year my system stopped working,I called my salesman on the contract the number was not in service

I contacted his e mail and he had a phone number ,I called him,explained who I was and what the problem was ,he asked me to call back as he had the flu  I called back on Dec.12th/2013 8:15 am he asked me to call at noon as he was getting into the shower.  I was angry and e mailed him and said no I was not calling back and if I did not hear from him I was filing a complaint,he mailed back and said he would call me the next day,he did

He told me I had to call head office to have a customer service ticket and gave me the number.I called and a service man is to come out on the 27th of Dec.That s where it stands.  My question is what do I do now?  Reading all Monitronics reviews am I in a jam
