Monitronics Canceling H*** Dallas Texas
After two frustrating days and 2-1/2 hours of my life that I will never get back trying to unsuccesfully cancel my Altzheimers inflicted elderly mothers long expired contract services. I found on this website the number for the Executive response team, John Kyser @ 1-888-758-5900 ext. 70247. It was a refreshing conversation and I recieved assurances that this matter would be satisfactorily handled within 30 days.
I certainly hope so, the "ground level" customer service peoples incompetence defy description, It's hard to say if they are really as incompetent as they seem or if they are intentionally trained to retain revenue at all costs. I have my suspicions...Regardless, a great big thanks for your help!!!
