Subject: The cancellation of services
Dear Mr. President:
Fourteens years ago when I entered into this contractual relationships with your company, I took this relationship on day by day , then a month by month, then on a year by year basis. It has been a pleasure to do business with such a professional and reliable company, until week three weeks ago. My monitoring system went down, and I placed a call into your office for service, seems simple right? That was not the case, I was informed by customer service that it would take three (3) weeks before service could be restored, this is simply unacceptable! Then I requested that my monitoring system be replaced because it was old, and this became a long drawn out negotiation with a customer service rep who was inexperienced. I know you reserve the right to reject unreasonable request, but come on I have been a reliable customer for fifteen years with no bbeak in service or late payments.! I went three weeks sir, without service, would you call that premium service. Additionally, I finally made an appointment and the service technichian never showed up for the scheduled appointment.(finally I was contacted four hours after appointment)
It is difficult for the average man to bear the cost of serious damage to his Property or injury to his person. Liability for injury to others can be even costly. This was precisely the reason I cancelled the service of your company. I am sure this type of service is not good enough for your family, and believe me it is not good enough for mine! What really shocked me was after 14 years this was the best you could do-Wow !
