Complaint Review: Monitronics

Monitronics July 22 I went with a new alarm co. whcih happen to be monitored by monitronics also. They told me the first time on the phone i would not be charge for the extra month but they did charge me for 2 extra months. Now the big thing Sept. 7 2014 my system was put to the test.  Houston Texas

We happen to missed the first dispatch call so i called them back to verify the problem they to me the entry door. I said to send the cops and she said I have. The kicker is when i called back to tell them is was a false alarm the lady said my accout is closed and no activity on this account and i was not in the system. So i called again and spoke to a guy name Frank he said since i am closing one account and have a new account the system some how my info. I told him this company is putting my wife and 2 boys at risk with this crappy system and i will be filling BBB and other reports.
