Monitronics Security Networks Monitronics has been taking money out of my account when I never Had the service Haines City Nationwide
Monitronics claimed to have assumed contracts from Security Networks.I have been trying to find out why Monitronics was taking money directly out my account every month for almost two years now.ihave made several phone calls to this company with hopes that this could get cleared up. in January 2015 i finnally got through to someone i thought could help me all to be told that i still have two more years on a contract i never had with them. After i made several complaints with them and still never got any closer to resolving this issue im now faced with them taking an even larger som of money out of my account.I caaled again asking if i could get a copy of this contract that i was soppose to have and then iwas told that i couldnt speak to anyone because of bad weather in Dallas Texas none of supervisors came into work and was told to call back. i am so bummed out about this sittuation .If there is anyon that could help me or advice me I would be so greatful.
