I sold my house, cancelled my monitoring service and moved to another state and they continue to bill me. I have made countless attempts to stop this and to no avail. They even accepted a partial month payment as the monitoring was only needed for a couple weeks and they said the account was closed and they still bill me. As I was on auto pay with Amex, they billed my card again - which I disputed with Amex and they removed the charge. Now I am getting paper bills every month.
