Monitronics Would hot cancel their services even though I sold my condo in Florida and moved to an apartment in Texas. Dallas Texas
I had a condo in Florida where I subscribed to their service. I sold my condo and moved to an apartment in Texas. I could not transfer their services. The contract read that I could cancel ilt after the first year. I sent letters to them canceling the contract. Nothing happened. I canceled the automatic payments with my bank.
I keep getting letter that I owe them back payments. I am a seventy six year old senior with a limited income. I reported Monitronics to the Better Business Bureau in Dallas,Texas and the Attorney General Office in Dallas, Texas and Austin, Texas. Have heard nothing from them. I am now being treatened that my non-payments will be turned over to a collection agency. This company is a money hungry company with no feeling for anybody that has had their service and no longer can use them.
No regards for even the senior citizen that they think is dumb and vunerable. They need to be taken to court with a clsss action suit and be put out of business. A senior citizen that will never pay them regardless of what they try to do to me.
