We too have been defrauded by Monkry Productions for exactly the same thing and amount as the previous person. A 3 minute call to the number mentioned above, cost of $29.95. No such call was made, we tried calling the 800 number your other respondent suggested, but just got put on hold indefinitely.
We will not pay Verizon for this charge, and will file a complaint. I thought we had 900 call blocking, but this is a 212 number, with a 900 number profile. Can't we do anything to stop Verizon for accepting these types of charges?
