In our opinion, Monmouth Telecom a/k/a Monmouth Internet is the worst company in the world and dangerous to use as you may be victimized by them as we were! STAY AWAY!! They are dishonest, lying, cheating, good for nothing people who should go out of business.

They promised to install out service on the 18 of the month. When we inquired why service was not working they said it was Verizon fault - the reality according Verizon "They did not order it!"

Seems Monmouth LIED and will not come clean. Since then and only after many more hurdles and two weeks without any service - they could care less about - we almost have service. We STILL have problems but they will not return our calls!

We have called DOZENS of times over MANY weeks!

Can you imagine your home or business without telephone or Internet? DON'T RISK USING THIS COMPANY. There are way too many good companies out there. You would be foolish to take the risk! Don't take phone service for granted - STAY AWAY!
