Monogram Hub Unresponsive Internet
I ordered a groupon for monogram hub thinking oh this is great i'll spend $30.00 for a $119.00 necklace! Did not realize how much of a pain it would be. I put my order in on 11/26/14 and I know that it stated shipping will not happen 2-3 weeks if you have an engravement.
Fine so I wait, two weeks go by nothing and now it is past the three weeks and I still have not received nothing. I tried emailing twice and calling numerous time with no response. When you call the customer service number it automatically goes to a message stating all associates are busy helping customers.
Hmmm doesn't sound right that no one ever answers the phone or emails. I want a response now this was supposed to be a christmas gift and now I have to figure out something since i'm sure this product will not be sent to me! Very aggravating and I will never order from this company again and will tell everyone I know not to order from here.
