Monroe Dodge Chrysler Jeep Superstore I brought my jeep in for service..the have had it for 3 days.. they say that they fixed it ..but it is doing the same thing as when I dropped it off...and they say that i have to pay 360.00$ Monroe Michigan
I feel that I am getting ripped off because my jeep is still running the same way it did when I dropped it off...It is running the same way..they are saying that it is not...I do not mind paying for the work ..that is not it... but the jeep is running the same way..The service manager called me and told me that it was the fuel pump.. and told me if i bought a pump they would put it in ..so I said ok..well it is running the same exact way as when I brought it in.. Now they are saying more work to fix it will cost more money...The tech in my opinion did not do the proper test to determine the cause of the problem...its like he does not want to fool with it as its a 1989 jeep.. Now they keep saying the jeep is old..well they knew this before I brought it to them..as I called them to see if iI could bring it in...
