I was checking my credit card account statemnt and found a charge from this company. As I have never ordered from them, I tried calling the number 3 times and left voice mails. No one has ever called me back. I have reported the charge as fraud. I also found this website: http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-703-348-7199
