Monster Broadband, Inc. Poor customer service. If they do not like what you have to say, they just hang up on you Winchester Tennessee

The techs came to upgrade my service.  They could not get it right, so the head tech said they would be back in the morning to fix it.  They did not come, so I called the Winchester office.  I was told that it would be next week before they got back to me.  I asked why when I was told it would be the next morning.  She told me that they do not dicide such things.  I told them what happened and was told to chill and put on hold.  After a time a superviser called me back because I got tired of hanging on hold.  The superviser started yelling and I asked her to chill, that I was trying to understand the excuse for being lied to by the tech.  She told me that she was the second person to have to DEAL with me, and then hung up on me.  So, I arranged for a replacement service.  Today I called to cancel my service for the treatment I recieved and was hung up on again.  The service is slow and costly.  I would watch a movie only to have it stop and load about every five min.  Very frustrating, and that was my upgraded service.  I can not say this strong enough, if you have an alternative provider, use them, do not use Monster, they are a monster to deal with when you have troubles.
