All this for a simple power cord. I ordered a simple power cord from Monster Scooter Parts

from the internet. Within minutes, I attempted to cancel order. I email customer no service and on line customer service operator, to cancel,No reponse. Called 1-800 number and waited on hold. When finally reaching someone( within a hour )with no interest in my problem. I was informed the cord was shipped . The customer service couldn't been more uninterested. He basically hung-up when questioned.I Re-called and was told just send back and be charged a restocking fee and again the customer no service rep could wait to get off the phone fast enough......didn't care.

This company is hurting and must need money very badly. Beware of them, they will try to to steal from you. Just want your money and don't care about service. This was small, just think about something larger, would NEVER do business with them again.
