Purchased an igntion coil for an 97cc Baja Blitz (mini bike.) The ignition coil we recieved is the wrong size. I called and spoke to customer service and they informed me that they ordered it directly from Baja and that they sent the correct one. My reply was that it wasn't the correct size and it doesn't fit and I offered comparison of the two ignition coils. She said I could return the part minus the 10% restocking fee, and return shipping. Might I add, the picture on website is the correct size.

 

Mistakes happen; however, when a wrong product is sent, the company should honor their customers by allowing their customers to return the item without a restocking fee and at no cost to them. Poor business practice.
