My HP compatible color toner cartridge was only 30% used and started to leak toner profusely. When I called they refused to be of any assistance.  I requested a replacement or refund and they refused.  They would only give me free shipping on the purchae of a new cartridge, but why should I buy a new one when the one I have is almost new.  I'll never buy from them again.

Checked out their website. Here's their QUALITY standard:

 

The cartridges have been produced under stringent quality control standards, guaranteeing performance that meets or exceeds that of the original equipment manufacturer.

 

 

 

Obviously an untrue statement.

 

Factory original toners always blow away the rebuilds. Pay the extra and get quality and peace of mind.
