I purchased a Mont Blanc pen on line my contact was Susan, I inquired to the authenticity and aggressive pricing before purchasing. I was assured these were authentic and pricing was reflective of an overstock situation. I received my pen after using it the forst day the ink dried up so I stopped to purchase a refill. when I went to replace it the authentic Mont Blanc refill would not fit.

I then noticed that the ink cartridge that came with the pen was very different than the replacement.  I contacted them and expressed my disapointment in their misrepresentation, suggessted that they send me a refill that would fit this knock off. this just resulted in the run around I asked for a refund which I knew would lead to more of a run around but worth a shot. so I now own a fake Mont Blanc that I cant even use and unfortunatly just chalk it up to a learning experience.
