Monte D. Pollard is a wife beater. For more than 10 years he terrorized, humiliated, beat, spit upon and abused his diminutive wife.
For this criminal conduct, Monte D Pollard was arrested and convicted numerous times. He served time Sheriff Joe's jail after he attacked his wife on a July 4th weekend, while she was holding her 2 year old son.
What is more contemptible than attacking a woman, while she holding a small child?
Monte D. Pollard is a hot-tempered, profane and abusive little man. He once asked his ex-wife, the woman he abused many times, to get a gun, and shoot ME dead!
I have the conversation on tape!
After a lengthy investigation, Pollard's Arizona real estate license was REVOKED by the State of Arizona for his criminal activity. The report further stated that Mr. Pollard lacked the requisite honesty and truthfulness required by the State to hold a real estate license.
Mr. Pollard appealed this decision all the way to the Arizona Court of Appeals, where again, Monte Pollard LOST.
I know of NOBODY who has been convicted 7 times for domestic violence except Monte D. Pollard.
