I was recruiting for 8 different jobs I had 3 Candidates interviewed by Clients in less than a month (full time positions) using the "passive recruiting approach" (posting on job boards) and was terminated because I refused to use the "aggressive recruiting approach" sending people worms and bots to get their personal information without their knowledge.
