On 4/19/2015 I ordered the free trial eye serum and paid $4.99 shipping.
I received said shipment 10 days later on 4/29/2015.
On May 4,2015 I received an invoice for $89.95.after only
five days using your "30 free trial eye serum" it did not give me enough time to see whether or not this eye serum actually works for me, so I immediately emailed your company to cancel the order on 5/4/2015. I never received the order so I thought your company understood. I finished the 30DAY FREE TRIAL and it did not change or help any of the things montecito statedin their advertisements. so therefore I will not be using your eye serum again.
I was charged on my credit card the $89.95 even though I never received the next shipment order. Please credit my card for the aforementioned  amount.Montecito never responded and will not give me a credit for the shipment I never received. Montecito Customer Support said I only had 5 days from the initial order to cancel.
This is false advertisement and definately a rip off and a scam
targeting senior citizens for some cheap cream that is supposed to reduce wrinkles and bags under the eyes.

The problem si that YOU ordered online and DID NOT read the fine print. When YOU entered in YOUR payment information there was a link. If YOU did not click this link and READ that YOU were signing a CONTRACT then WHOS fault is it REALLY?? THEM for doing what YOU said YOU wanted. Or YOU for NOT reading what YOU were agreeing to??
