While surfing Facebook I came across an ad for skin care.  I entered my information, and even my credit card number, but changed my mind.  I never clicked purchase, but removed all my personal information, including my credit card information, and backed completely out of the order.  The next morning I had six charges on my bank account, three for products, and three for shipping.

Since I had not willingly purchased the items, I was not aware that this company was setting me up on an automatic reorder.  This past Monday I awoke to find a charge for $89.95, and $139.99.  To add insult to injury it was the day before payday, so I also incurred two NSF charges.  

I wish I had used an actual credit card, but, unfortunately, it was my debit card, and getting the bank to reverse the nearly $300. worth of unauthroized charges has not been easy.  What's more, the bank informed me that the company had set up the account to charge me this amount EVERY month!

I have been searching for a way to contact this company, but have not yet been successful.  If you see Montecito Skin Care run the other way!
